As a Retired Marine, service has always been at the core of who I am. That mission didn’t end when I hung up the uniform—it evolved. Today, I’m continuing that mission by riding in the Tour du Rouge to support children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—and this year, I’m riding with someone very special on my heart: Amari 💙
Amari lives with hydrocephalus, a condition that can cause developmental delays and daily challenges that many people don’t see. But what I see is strength, resilience, and a life full of purpose.
This ride is for Amari. And it’s for every individual and family navigating similar journeys.
I believe God has placed each of us here with purpose—regardless of ability. Every child. Every adult. Every story. We all have value, and we are all valued. I’m passionate about building a community where individuals of all abilities feel supported, included, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
Your donation helps me ride for something bigger than myself. It helps raise awareness for conditions like hydrocephalus and supports organizations like The Arc, which work every day to create opportunities, strengthen inclusion, and uplift individuals and families.
Together, we can build a community rooted in dignity, faith, and belonging.
Tour du Rouge for many of the cyclists, include 6 days of cycling, covering 530 miles from Houston, TX to New Orleans, LA.
